Maybe you tumbled on my site by accident (or by divine intervention) or maybe you are looking for a way to generate an attractive income, either way I am glad you are here.
I might not know you personally (as yet) but you may be looking for just that opportunity that excites you and gives you joy to jump out of bed in the morning - anxious to start your day !
I would like to tell you a little of my background and then I will share with you the choice of opportunities I have to offer you - all with me as your 
personal coach. so it is time to turn off your cell phone, put yourself in a quiet room, have your favorite drink of choice and read my site. By the way you might like to print the information down for easier reading - just a suggestion.
I was brought up in an enviroment that beleived education was wasted on a girl (you were only going to get married and have kids anyway), so had to leave school at 15. I was always interested in fashion and beauty so attended a Modelling and Deportment School in Invercargill and that set me on the right path of finding my passion! I loved it so much that once I had completed the course - I started all over again as I just did not want it to end. The owner then had me help her with tutoring other students and what transpired from that was eventually when she wanted to sell the business she offered it to me. So my first business at the age of 20 years.
In the intrim I trained as a hairdresser through the International College of Hairdressing in Christchurch this was a very strict environment to learn your skills but on reflection gave me a great base of skills and knowledge. The course not only was in hairdressing but Cosmetology which included, Skincare, Makeup and Manicures which gave me additional skills to add to the modelling school.
I worked as a hairdresser and Beautician and eventually opened my second business - my own hairdressing salon at Riverton where I continued until a illness had me give up hairdressing,
In 1972 I joined Nutri Metics a direct selling company specialising in Skincare and Cosmetics this gave me a product range and also great business training to add more skills to my business.
We developed our Deportment and Modelling Schools further to purchasing the Nola Kelleher Modelling School in Christchurch in 1973 and also started a branch in February in 1977. During this time I attended additional training as a Beauty Therapist and we added these services to our Belda Deportment and Modelling Schools.
Throughout my life I have added additional skills and training through attending "Mini courses" on all aspects of business from Skin and Beauty Therapy, Colour and Style Analysis, Marketing, Business Management, Business Strategies - the list goes on, as I was not in a position to attend long courses - but this was an advantage - learn a new skill, treatment or service and then go and put it into practise and perfect the skill before adding another.
This is how I teach in our Coaching Academy today - short Modules to enable the student to truly understand each subject - before moving on to the next Module - this is a most successful way of teaching and it means people who have other commitments - i.e. jobs, family can start learning the skills to open their business one step at a time -
During my time with Nutri Metics (28years) I moved through all the ranks to become a Senior Regional Director - top position in the Company and achieved awards for: Personal Sales, Group Sales, Personal Sponsoring, Group Sponsoring, Director Development, Record Breaker several times.
Plus achieved 30 International Seminars, 10 Company Cars, Nutri Metics Home award in 1993 and achieved in excess of a Million $ wholesale turnover from 1987 to 1999 when I resigned. I had built a field force of over 2,000 consultants and directors who I was responsible for their training and management.
The training and skills I learnt over my 28 years in Nutri Metics gave me a great foundation of knowledge to share with others.
I live in Christchurch in the beautiful South Island of New Zealand, with my husband of 44+ years, Neville and together we own and manage our company Beauty for You Ltd.
Beauty for You Ltd is a wholesale/licencee company and Training Academy specialising in Coaching, Supporting, Supplying to our consultants, salons and Licencee owners in the South Pacific - more on that later...
Neville's community involvement has included Riverton volunteer Fire Brigade (Life Member), Riverton Volunteer Life Guard (Life Member) Riverton Volunterr Coast Guard (Life Member), Riverton Carnival Society - 8 years Treasurer, Alhambra Childrends Athletic Club, 2 years President, West Harbour Community Association - Treasurer, Riverton Rugby Clubs 1974 Centennial Secretary, District Coroner and currently Justice of the Peace.
He also was a Southland Rowing Representative at Junior and Senior Level, intererests in Cycling, Athletics and Yachting - built and sailed 34' Sea Runner Trimaran. Neville is a passionate sports observer, plus has a real interest in Natural health and world affairs.
His involvement in Beauty for You is mainly adminstration - management, accounting stock control and keeping the females in line.
We also have 3 beautiful dogs, and this is Jasper 13 year old Bichon Frise - and just late in 2007 we 
decided he needed a playmate and Bella joined our family with lots of enthusiasm.
Bella was 24 months when she came to live with us and has energy to burn. Jasper has been amazing! Bella climbs over him, licks his face, cuddles in wherever he sits and he just tolerates her, they have become great mates.
They are very special part of my life and wherever I am is where you will find Jasper and Bella, unless I am travelling by plane or overseas. When I am away Jasper goes off his food for a few days and Bella wanders the house looking for me and they finally decide they may as well cuddle up to Neville (M y husband) and wait for my return. They are the most affectionate companions you could ever want.
Update! Bella is now 3 years old and has just given birth to 6 - yes 6 beautiful puppies! 3 girls and 3 b
oys. What an episode that has been, talk about learning new skills.. we have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and now is the sad time to see them go to new homes. As I update this page we have one of the girls left and we have decided to keep her - then there was 3!
Neville has named her Cindy - she is so cute. Once again. poor Jasper has another girl to annoy him! But he has taken the whole experience in his stride even to sitting beside the dog bed while Bella gave birth - truly amazing Cindy.
Update: Unfortunately, Jasper got really sick in October 2010 and after a real struggle to make him well again we had to put him to sleep he had left a real space in our life, a wonderful companion who is missed daily.
Our daughter Bonita previously worked with us for many years, she has been brought up in the Beauty industry, she has graduated from all the courses at Beauty for You Coaching Academy and has also graduated as our assistant tutor.
She also worked for us for some time as Creative Director, her creative ability extends to Development and Design for our Marketing material.
She has competed a course at the Arts and Design College in Christchurch for Makeup Artistry, Body Art, photography and design. She also owns her own Beauty for You Beauty Bar®. 
Bonita is a great presenter and communicator (and a fantastic singer) loves fashion, shoes, dancing, partying, fast cars and nice things!
Plus being a mad car enthusiast! She has a modified, Nissan S15 Silvia which goes by the name of "l DOLL l". She competes in Drag Racing, Circit Racing and is now mastering the art of Drifting. She is also the first female drifting judge in NZ. She has now graduated to Dirt Bike racing... while still looking stunning!!
Our
son Dayan is a bit of an explorer!
He loves going on “Lonely Planet” type of trips. A previous adventure to Everest base camp (5,500mtrs) in the Himalayas.
To quote his letter home “My time here has been nothing short of awesome, it has been very challenging to say the least both physically, culturally and emotionally but I would not change a thing – I would definitely recommend this as a destination to test yourself and completely escape from the outside world – if only for a couple of weeks".
Dayan lives here in Christchurch and works for a travel agent so that is 
helpful for his Passion!
He is married to Yukiko and they have a son Thane who is a 5 years old, plus Dayan has another son Sean (14 years old) from his first marriage.
Dayan has just completed another adventure to South America - Ecuador - Quito - Lan Peru - Puerto Maldonado - Amazon Jungle Adventure - Bolivia
In 2010 he travelled to India - so that was a totally different experience
Dayan and Bonita both love to dance and go to Ceroc (a form of Latin jive).
